One of my favorite instrumental records of all time. These tracks were clearly written with love. Every one of them has its own distinctive feel, which is an accomplishment for an 11 track album. The skill and technicality is always in service of the song, and not just for its own sake.
Favorite track: Black Hills.

They really start to get going and their sound together on this album. Not their best showing yet, but such a nice thing to listen some excellent playing and twisty rhytms. When there is no vocals you can go all out with the crazy instrumentals.

'Secret Earth' IS the reason I love this record ('The Warden' is the same reason for 'In a World of Fear'). All records give me goose bumps from head to toe, but 'Secret Earth' is outstanding in the way of goose bumps: it gives me nothing BUT!

Many consider this to be Scale The Summit's best album, and often for good reason. Very little feels like filler here, and there's plenty of technical skill on display. The only thing I would really hold against it is that it's slightly too long to keep you engrossed all throughout; a minor gripe, all things considered. While I personally prefer "The Migration", this is still a fantastic album.
Favorite track: Gallows.

Chris Letchford has been my biggest inspiration and never fails to force me to pick up that guitar. The bands techniques are flawless. The Collective is in its own league, delivering breathtaking solos and calming , but yet skillful riffs. Anyone who can appreciate pure artistry should purchase this golden album.

Tosin is the reason I bought my first 8 string back in 2010 from the debut AAL record and everything following has been immaculate. I own all the physical copies and couldn't be happier. this album was so amazing and trance like. it gets you to think. New Eden, weightless, Espera and David are my favorites!
